1. The security of the owners, renters and guests can only be maintained by using either the fob or by using your personal access code for entry into the building. Please do not compromise your safety and the safety of the other residents by allowing strangers to enter the building.
2. Non-residents should use the ENTERPHONE to gain access. When receiving guests, please instruct them to locate your name on the entry pad and punch in the number indicated; do not give out your personal entry code.
3. Realtors must not be given access codes or fobs for entry into the building.
4. When it has been reported that unauthorized individuals have used the owner's code, that number will be deleted from the entry pad and the owner will have to submit a new number to the office. Questions regarding this system should be directed to the office.
5. Fobs (main and pool entrance) may be purchased from the office - $75 per fob.
