1. Beach chairs and umbrellas have been provided for use of owners, renters and guests. These can be found on the beach either side of the steps below the seawall.
2. Towels should be placed on the chairs prior to use, both as a general health measure and to avoid stains arising from the use of suntan lotions.
3. If these chairs are moved to another area on the beach, they must be returned to their original location after use.
4. Reserving lounge chairs is not permitted; if they have been left unoccupied for an unreasonable period of time, it may be presumed that the prior occupant is not returning and has forgotten their belongings.
5. Beach umbrellas must be closed and secured after use.
6. Bathers must use cover-ups and footwear while in the building.
7. Please dry off as well as possible to prevent the floors from becoming wet and causing unsafe conditions.
8. Please take extra precautions to remove all sand and water from shoes and feet prior to entering the building.
9. Bathers must enter the building from the pool or the beach through the pool side door.
