1. With the sole exception of the interior of a living unit, confined by closed doors, and windows, smoking of any tobacco product or other substance is expressly prohibited within the Privateer North building and further, smoking of tobacco or any other product is expressly prohibited within a twenty five (25) foot perimeter of the Privateer North building.
2. If any window or door in a living unit is open, the smoking of any tobacco or any other product is expressly prohibited in that unit while a window or door is open.
3. The living units are NOT hermetically sealed; the plenums are interconnected. Please be considerate of others who may be unable to tolerate tobacco smoke.
