1. A speed limit of 10 miles per hour in our parking area shall be observed at all times.
2. All covered parking areas, which are divided into numbered spaces, and are reserved for residents' cars of only. Second cars of residents and the cars of guests are restricted to the guest parking areas.
3. However, Residents with a second vehicle or Renters may park ther vehicles in the a reserved area with the permission of an owner whose space is available, and written notification is given to the office.
4. Parking for all service/trades vehicles are is restricted to the service parking areas, which are located in the North parking lot.
5. Car washing facilities are available and limited to the area in front of the loading dock in the North parking lot.
6. When any resident expects to be absent for an extended period of time and plans to leave a vehicle parked here, a set of keys MUST be left with the office so that the vehicle may be moved in an emergency, or for carport maintenance or repair.
7. Parking is forbidden in front of the building at the main entrance by fire department regulation. The main entrance shall be used only for the loading or unloading of passengers.
8. It is recommended that all baggage, large boxes and packages be unloaded at the poolside entrance ramp.
9. Privateer North parking stickers for owners' cars are available in the office; it is recommended that they be affixed to the window of your car.
10. Renters and guests must display a parking permit on their car which is available in the office. Cars without identification are subject to towing.
11. Two parking slots have been set aside in the East Parking area immediately adjacent to the entrance at Longboat Club Road for the exclusive use of real estate agents showing units to their clients.
12. Parking in the loading dock slot is limited to 15 minutes and waste management vehicles must always be given preference.
13. The parking slots adjoining Longboat Club Road are preferentially to be used for overflow parking.
14. Vehicles without identification are subject to towing.
