The Gulf View Room is located on the ground floor opposite the mail room.

1. Use of this room may be reserved through the office for any owner or renter.
2. The function date must be registered with the office and a $50.00 deposit is posted.
3. If, after an inspection, following the function, it appears that the room has been cleaned to the Association's standards, and there has been no breakage or shortage of equipment of furnishings, the deposit will be refunded.
4. If the deposit is insufficient, the person who reserved the room will be billed for the additional charges.
