The Association has arranged for a monthly pest control service.
In the absence of the owner, the office shall be is permitted to let the pest control service personnel into that unit unless written notice to the contrary is on file in the office.
Owners, not availing themselves of this service, must provide written proof that they have obtained this service elsewhere
