1. Owners or renters may not have a family group (overnight) aggregating:
1. (a) more than seven (7) persons in a three-bedroom unit,
1. (b) more than six (6) in a two-bedroom unit or
1. (c) more than four (4) in a one-bedroom unit.
2. If the owner is not in residence, occupancy of the unit by persons other than the owner's immediate family (*) will be deemed the equivalent of one rental. Owners are allowed three (3) rentals per year for a minimum of three months each.
2. (a) On the other hand, it should also be noted that when the owner is not in residence, occupancy by members of the owner's immediate family * (i.e. children, parents, brothers or sisters) is not considered a rental.
2. (b) Owners not in residence are requested to notify the office two (2) weeks in advance of the occupancy of their unit by any guest.
