1. The loading dock on the North side must be kept clear. Waste management vehicles use the area to unload our dumpster once/twice daily.
2. Neither the loading dock nor the adjacent recycling area may be used as work surfaces for the trades; all work for a unit must be done within the unit.
2.(a) The foregoing does not apply to trades that are under contract to the Condominium Association.
3. The parking slot in front of the dock may be used by vehicles that are loading and unloading; owners and renters may use this slot to wash their cars. It is expected that no vehicle will remain in this slot any longer than is needed to accomplish this task.
4. All employing this slot must be prepared to remove their vehicle immediately understanding that waste management and emergency vehicles have priority.
