1. Laundry facilities (washer/dryer) are available on each floor. Please follow the printed instructions for proper loading of appliances.
2. Laundry MUST be removed from the machine promptly upon completion of the drying cycle and brought back to the unit.
3. Laundry supplies should either be brought back to the unit or placed on the shelving in the laundry room.
4. You will find that you will greatly appreciate when the person who used the dryer before you cleaned the dryer lint trap: please clean it after every usge.
5. A lint brush has been supplied to each laundry room for cleaning the lint trap.
6. Bleach is supplied by the condominium. It is unnecessary for the anyone to carry bottles or containers of bleach to or from their units.
7. The new light switches will automatically turn on the light when you enter; it will remain on for 15 minutes, after which time the light will go off.
