1. All owners should familiarize themselves with the precautions/procedures to be taken in the event of a hurricane.
2. Prior to departure, all movable objects must be removed from the balconies. Put down shutters and move valuable items to bathrooms.
3. Advise the office of the name, address and telephone number of any firm or individuals designated to appraise any damage and whether or not they have keys to your unit.
