The Privateer North Condominium Association, Inc. is responsible for the operation of the Condominium in conformance with its Articles of Incorporation, the Declaration of Condominium, its Bylaws and Chapter 718FS (known as the Condominium Act.)
The Association (of which every unit owner is a member) is empowered to prescribe such "house rules" as it shall consider essential.
However, the successful administration of our condominium is largely dependent upon the cooperation and good will of the membership.
Unit owners and residents should bear in mind that in condominium living, they have not only certain rights, but also certain obligations.
The rules that we impose upon ourselves are for our mutual benefit and are intended to make living in our condominium pleasant, comfortable and safe.
Thus, it is with the aim of providing harmony and pleasant relationships among residents, as well as preserving the beauty, value and utility of our condominium property that we have adopted these rules and regulations.
In time, some rules may become obsolete and new ones may be required.
However, this being the latest, these house rules and regulations supersede all others.

Nothing in these rules, however, shall be construed to contradict or take precedent over any Florida statute or regulation, the Declaration of Condominium, or the Bylaws.
